? I downloaded Mica for everyone from their github page, It not automatically popped out the Settings window at windows startup everytime, It just run as background, it has system tray icon. But Mica for everyone from Rectify 11 installer don't have a tray icon

because you're already using MFE or have installed Rectify11 previously. they'd detect/uninstall that but didn't. you'd delete the task manually in Task Scheduler
