Uncannily thick border over selected folders/files in Explorer

Description

Just like in the screenshot, the border thickness is weirdly out of place and not in line with all the visual improvements this SW brings. I tried multiple combinations of Rectify11 themes and Mica for Everyone explorer settings, but the selection border thickness remained unchaged.

Steps To Reproduce

Open Windows Explorer, select any folder or file.

I'm not any of the devs but I'm pretty sure that this is 100% intended as it matches the widthness of selection borders in other UWP/WinUI apps.
