Tried to change "Each Use Duration" but every time world is loaded up fully, something resets the config back to default settings. Don't really know what it is cause I went through defaultconfigs configs to not find anything related to TIAB. Asked around with ATM 9 Developers and was told it might be a bug with the mod itself.
