feat: google oauth option

Issue Description

Build an UI to provide users option to login with Google along with current GitHub auth.
Refer this PRD for more details.

Expected Behavior

User should have an option to login with Google..

Current Behavior

All users can only login with GitHub auth whether they are dev or not.
