Selecting Existing Tags (Additional to Untagged and Add record tag)

And a another small suggestion. If you can add a short cut within tag selector to add from the existing ones, it would be great. Currently we can select the once which are already assigned, and create a new one. Having a option to create or use a one which is already existing, will be very useful. Avoids duplication of tags. Efficient right 👍😁😊.

Additionally to Untagged and Add record tag, give an option to select existing tags list.

Hey 👋, I'm not sure totally sure I understand. Existing tags should already appear in the tag selection screen, above the two buttons (Untagged and Create a new tag). What you want is a third button that allows you to pick a tag from another activity type?

Yes, I assume that's what he want (I want it too).

I found the current UI for tags a bit confusing (#241). Such a button would have made me figure out how this work faster.

You can associate an existing tag with a new activity type, but the way I found to do this is quite convoluted

Avoids duplication of tags

In the current version you're not allowed to add a new tag with an used name.

An additional button to pick any Tag from all the existing ones, it would be such a nice option. Currently I need to go to the settings and add a existing Tag to an Existing Activity, in which I want it to reflect.

Having a option right when selecting the Activity, will help and avoid this hassle.

You can decide, if it permanently shows up or temporarily adds it to the tag pop up viewer. I would say temporarily, and in the settings option to have it permanently show up. Let me know, what do you think of this? Possible?
