pip install --user pipx
Pipenv for the virtual environment.
pipx install pipenv
cd to project's root folder and activate the virtual environment.
pipenv shell
Install requirements.
pipenv sync
Install developer requirements.
pipenv sync --dev
Run project.
python manage.py runserver
