Use Laravel Exception Handler #32

II was wondering if it would be a good idea to add the exception handler of Laravel, it is nicer than the one of Symfony.

Roots Acorn managed to implement it here: https://github.com/roots/acorn/tree/a5a55e6cbab49e1abea1ebf82171d3b89b974936/src/Roots/Acorn/Exceptions
