Change discord-py to py-cord.

I've noticed you are using discord.py for your discord bot, the library is no longer in active development and may cause your bot to stop working. I'm wanting to get into Open-source development and would love to transition to an updated fork of discord.py called py-cord (https://github.com/Pycord-Development/pycord).

Just to clear things out

1. Migration to pycord has already begun in this project
2. discord.py is again active now

The project still should be updated though.
