e2e: Test volsync for block pvc

Support for block mode pvc for volsync is added in #1582

Add a workload using rbd pvc with block volume mode and "drplacementcontrol.ramendr.openshift.io/use-volsync-for-pvc-protection" annotation on the drpc. This will use volsync to replicate the pvc instead of volrep.

Tasks

• Add workload using block volume mode, like https://github.com/RamenDR/ramen/blob/main/test/addons/volsync/app/block/deploy.yaml
  • This may be possible but does not work well with kustomizing the existing rbd workload. The best way would be to add a new workload sample, either in ocm-ramen-samples or in another repo
• Use the workload in a new test names *-volsync-rbd
  • maybe change other rbd test to *-volrep-rbd
• Test with subscription or applicationset? both?
