Add Ability to Expand all or collapse all Items near RANK

Hi,

Can you pls add the ability to Expand all or collapse all Items in the view similiar to how you can do this with other views within Rally like Portfolio items, Right now RANK only sorts, doesnt have the double arrow allowing the collapse functionality. Really great app btw!

This is an interesting request. expand/collapse all has pretty severe known performance issues, which is why it's not enabled by default. I can look into the possibility of adding it, with the above caveat that it can really be a pretty terrible user experience...

Kyle, how about making these sorts of features selectable through the app settings? Then, if you leave a warning text in the settings page, the user can be aware that this might be a problem.

That's a good suggestion @nikantonelli. I still haven't looked into how much work it would be to add (hoping it's just adding/configuring a plugin), but having it controlled by a setting is a nice way to explicitly opt-in.
