if you connect to the console of the ESP32, what does it say?
Are you sure that your login to fritzbox is correct?
Do you see the login on the firtzbox?

it looks like the log_d part is not working.
if i use Serial.print instead of log_d i see the calls.

Are you sure that you set "core debug level" to "debug" or "info" in the Arduino IDE?
Otherwise log_d will not work.
