there is currently no KG2.10.1pre, but we're just recording things that need to be done for the next KG2c build (whenever that will be) here

all changes should go in the kg2.10.1c branch

  • Incorporate creation of KG2c json lines files into KG2c build (done)
  • Automatically upload relevant files to KG2 webhost (done)
  • Before doing the KG2c build from the kg2.10.1c branch, I think we will need to do pip install -r RTX/code/kg2c/requirements.txt with the rtx pyenv activated on buildkg2c.rtx.ai (a jsonlines requirement was added there)
  • Look for versioned KG2pre tarball when downloading KG2pre tsvs (i.e., something like kg2-tsv-for-neo4j-KG2.X.Y.tar.gz) @sundareswarpullela
  • Use the SRI NodeNormalizer's new individual_types API parameter when doing synonymizer build, to assign per-identifier categories @sundareswarpullela
  • Remove the Drugcentral applied_to_treat patch that we put in place for the KG2.10.0c build? (confirm with KG2pre team) @sundareswarpullela
  • Potentially somehow stamp Drugcentral off label edges with a ClinicalApprovalStatusEnum? (Consider Stamping DrugCentral:off_label Edges with "Off Label" Edge Property #2345 - more discussion needed) @sundareswarpullela
