A new SemMedDB release was posted on May 8, 2024. There website also includes a notice that this is the final update for SemMedDB:

@saramsey Do we need to reconsider our use of SemMedDB going forward if it will no longer be updated, given our inclusion criteria: https://github.com/RTXteam/RTX-KG2?tab=readme-ov-file#what-criteria-do-you-use-to-select-sources-to-include-in-kg2?
