I just posted a proposal to the DD about keeping DOM in sync between producers and consumers. I thought it may also be relevant here.

I don’t know how best to manage discussion, but I’m willing to hear thoughts and questions in either location.

I think we'll want a co-author from CoreLogic on this proposal since they're doing similar and have had it implemented for some time. That also helps with the implementations needed to move it forward.
