I added the Scopus/Crossref Citations Plugin in the OJS Plug-in Center and filled in the corresponding values in the prompted fields. The problem is that EuropePMC changed their API and I didn't have time to fix this for 3.3.x. I have completely rebuilt this plugin for OJS 3.4.x and fixed this bug. Maybe I will be able to fix this for 3.3x soon.
