R4EPIs sitrep template package version 0.1.1

This version does two things:

1. fixes an issue with encoding that happens on windows machines:
   Error : (converted from warning) unable to re-encode 'tab_descriptive.R' line 242
2. uses the apyramid package (from github, soon to be CRAN: https://github.com/R4EPI/apyramid)

R4EPIs sitrep template package version 0.1.0

This is the first version of the {sitrep} template package with:

• four outbreak templates
• three survey templates
• helper functions for
  • formatting numbers with percentages/confidence intervals in text
  • tabulating surveys and linelists with stratification
  • tabulating univariate analyses (odds ratios, risk ratios, etc)
  • generating MSF dictionaries
  • generating fake data
  • auto-grouping age categories
  • plotting age pyramids from linelist data
  • and more

Several of the functions contained within this package will be spread out to their own packages or incorporated into existing packages such as {epitrix}.
