I think this is part of the ts branch. I haven't changed it in another branch, yet, until I adjust some settings and reevaluate. |

Attempt to automatically clone the 11-gfx submodule if it's set to be in the pwd and is missing.
This changes the default location of 11-gfx from
../11-gfxto11-gfx. Manually specifying a different directory is still supported.
