[jupyterbook-latex] [lq_inventories] letters shown mistakenly in python-cell #92

Hi @AakashGfude and @mmcky , I also find that in lecture lq_inventories,

  • some letters are shown mistakenly in python-cells.

Please see the screenshot (left: PDFs generated by rst, right: PDFs generated by myst):

@mmcky also in code input cells. Any code cell. in the above case, the character not rendered is 𝜈.
