emails addresses in diffs not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Attached screenshot shows that email addresses in a diff are not being showed 
correctly. The text:

(<A·href="mailto:[email protected]"·class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated">szager@gma
il.com</A>)

is shown instead of just:

[email protected]

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.2010.06.26.16.16.59 in Thunderbird 3.1.8 on Ubuntu Lucid Lynx 10.04.
