When running sector studies, energy and carbon sankey diagrams are generated to match those made by LLNL here. Both
htmlandpngfiles are created. Formatting these was kinda difficult, so the html is generated to allow users to configure the sankey however they want.Checklist
envs/environment.yaml.config.default.yaml.doc/configtables/*.csv.
