For this one, we need to determine what the actual filters we're going to be using are, and what kind of filtering structure we need.

  • but ultimately, each field needs some kind of support
  • or for "interests" ones, we may need a search element of some kind.

Some core filters we will need for sure:

  • distance
  • age
  • gender
  • what kind of relationship they're looking for (do we need a filter for this, since your profile has to be compatible with what they're looking for.)

things we may want to include:

  • height/weight?
  • kids?
  • religion
  • Ethnicity?
  • family plans
  • smoking
  • drugs
  • drinking
  • politics
  • education

Does what kind of relationship they're looking for change the number and types of filters they need to add to their profile? For example, if looking for something casual, then maybe a smaller profile, but add things like STD check? And if they're looking for something long term, maybe kinds, emotional compatibility etc.
