It would be great to have the subheadings in the .md docs linkable so it's easy to share a direct link to a colleague.

For example the best practice docs has a number of subheadings that are quite distinct but it's not possible to link to one of them e.g. https://public-health-scotland.github.io/knowledge-base...Posit%20Workbench.md#Importing_and_exporting_data won't work and there's no 'anchor link' button on the doc.
