Request new NSU extract

After the June update and we have a full FY for 23/24 we can request a new NSU extract from the CHILI team. This will be included in the September update

1. run scipt in external folder extract new nsu cohort
2. check that new nsu extract is getting picked up in code

This request has been sent to the CHILI team and a colleague has actioned this. We should hopefully receive the output from the wb 8th July
