I've received this update from IT:

I'll asses it shortly and if we can do it by just a data fix (e.g. if we have a table of relevant ICD10 codes we can just add to, which is the way I would have designed it) I'll get it allocated for actioning. If we have the list hard-coded in code then unfortunately it will need to wait until the end of the change freeze (it's still going on while we migrate data products and platforms to the cloud). I have no knowledge of when the change freeze will end, but if you contact [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) they should be able to provide up-to-date information. If we do have to leave this until after the change freeze, I'll still try and get it allocated to a developer to work through it locally, so that we are in a position to replicate the change quite quickly and know exactly what is required when we go live with our cloud move and the change freeze ends.

This was the response from the seer support team:

Thanks for getting in touch. As you may be aware, we are currently re-planning our approach to the Seer 2.0 migration to help us overcome some of the challenges we have encountered. While we do that and await a date for cutover to the new platform, we have started to prioritise jobs that are in the demand pipeline and allocate resource to them. I should note that there is a backlog of jobs for the team to address because of the change freeze but we will be in touch once we have completed prioritisation work.

Just a small update for you, we have made the change in our dev environment, when we are good to go ahead with lifting to change freeze we should be able to press on pretty quickly with your change.

Update: This work has now been passed through. IT communicated on 13/09/24 to advise this was now complete. These changes can be included in the December update
