Reiterate guidance to use columns arg to pick variables.

Explain that using the recid or partnership filters will read the full file and then do the filter so need more memory than the final object.

Produce an example table with the sizes of files for different years and importantly with different variables (could use the 'variable packs' e.g. slfhelper::ltc_vars in the examples to re-highlight those)
