I have created the function end_date which is helpful for extracting the latest fy and qtr. I think this could be used to automate some of the references that we have to manually update each quarter.

get_dd_period and latest_update could be updated using end_date then we only need to amend the end_date once each update.

Test is in the wrong folder. Correct the quarter folder with automation.
