Consider submitting to R-Universe

This was mentioned at the SCODAS talk, so just adding it here as a reminder.

If we wanted to do this, it makes sense to do it before a CRAN submission, as there are likely to be more suggested changes than we would get from CRAN.

The first thing would be to run pkgcheck::pkgcheck() but I wasn't able to get installed on the current (Dec 24) Posit Workbench.
