There has been 2 forms developed for the support requirements within the new Posit infrastructure. These should be promoted and accessible through the knowledge base.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatives will still be used, e.g. adding forms to the R User Group. However, the availability of these is important so should be made accessible.
