SquigglePull - KeyError: 'Unable to open object (component not found)'

I'm getting this error for all of my files when using SquigglePull. I think it might be a problem with h5py but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

• the command being used
• if the fast5 files are multi-fast5 or single

--multi works 60% of the time, everytime
