The data i am getting is very poor and not reliable . Also the code does not calculate anything like heartbeat or spo2 or any important parameter by which its accuracy or reliability can be determined.Als.o openview is not working data is being not updated

Hi anuragdspl,

The demonstration examples does not have any algorithms to calculate the spo2 or hr but you may use any open source algorithms to calculate them.
You can have a look at the afe4490 library for spo2 calculations and ads1292 library for the hr calculations.

We will try to integrate the calculations in the future to the library but i can't promise you when this will be implemented.

Can you please specify which data you find not reliable ? is it the ppg signal or the ECG ?
The ECG data from the pads may not be of good quality but the data from the ECG connector will be of good quality.
Please make sure you have proper shielding on the LED and finger While trying to read ppg signal.

can you please share some ECG and PPG waveform you are getting and also some photos of you finger placement on the LED?

Would you also elaborate on the openview issue please ? which is your system os? what is the output you are able to view? some screen-shots will be helpful.

We are sorry that you couldn't use it hassle free, we will keep on working to make sure these kind of issues are fixed ASAP.

Dear Sir, Sometimes, the red LED is not turning on. May I please know what could be the issue?
I am giving a 5V supply from the Arduino UNO board.
