The last stat line of Gathering Winds is malformed, and it's missing a line saying you and allies have tailwind.

Official PoE site shows stat text that doesn't match what we have.

Still has this issue in 3.17.

Stat text is fixed by 6764fc2; reminder text for gale force and tailwind is not yet being pulled through; they should be in the extra_strings of those stats' translations.
