Coordinated release.

Frontends use both 'related' & _ret naming ahead of optimizer & simulator changes.
Components: NWN-DTK frontend (easy to change), mapeditor (Ask Ewoud & Edwin on how difficult this is), optimizer, simulator, ESDL validator? (Ask Femke)

Sebastiaan will pull this.
