ESDL InfluxDB schema changes

There are two screen shots below. The top one shows the current output, the second one the updated output with one caveat: the database name is the id of the input ESDL used for the mesido calculation. This will be updated to the id of the output esdl.
The main changes:

• The database name is the id of the output ESDL (not yet in the bottom screen shot, see above).
• There are two measurements (tables) which have as names the id’s of the ‘Primary’ and ‘Primary_ret’ carriers. Before there was a measurement per ESDL object.
• Each measurement now has several tags, see screen shot. The ‘simulationRun’ is equal to the output ESDL id (which is equal to the database name: again not in the bottom screen shot, see above). This is double information in the case of omotes but necessary due to other types of output format for ESDL calculations.

@WouterSpaak Had the wrong issue before. It isn't # 27 but this is the correct issue regarding the schema change:
Please ping Mark for the latest state when you start working on changing the query at the Design Toolkit frontend.
