This is speculative as even if all players register their decks via NetrunnerDB, most decks will not have been published. We'd need to handle the process of publishing the decks, or detecting which ones have been published, or obtaining consent from the players.

This would only occur once the tournament is complete, and we'd need to ensure no decks are published or linked before everything is over.
