OHIF Spleen Example failed to run segmentation

I followed the OHIF Spleen Tutorial until stage 6.2 Run Auto Segmentation. At that point, OHIF viewer was successfully connected to Monai Label server, and loaded with the dicom set from Orthanc:

However, when I click the Run button of the segmentation_spleen model, I got an error "Monai Label: Failed to Run Segmentation".

On the terminal, Monai Label server printed following:

This was on a Ubuntu 20.04 system with FireFox browser.

Can anyone advise on the cause and possible fix? Thanks.

Hi @jingyunc,

Can you please clean the cache folder and try again? It should be in you home dir. Something like:

/home/USERNAME/.cache/monailabel/dicom/

Otherwise, for checking purposes, can you please downgrade MONAI Label to version 0.7.0 and try again. The 0.7.0 version uses OHIFv2.

I just want to check what could be the issue here. Please let us know.

I tried both cleaning cache folder and downgrading monailabel to 0.7.0. Unfortunately the above error stayed the same.
