File upload cleared when switching between pages #260

The file upload component displays the file you have currently selected and uploaded:

However, if you navigate to a different page of the form, and navigate back to the file upload, it displays as if a file hasn't been selected:

I don't see the upload control in my screen- builder. How do you add image upload?
