[Bug] Tingle Bottles in Wind Waker HD lack images

Tingle Bottles only contain text or drawings, never photos (even though photo posts can be sent via Tingle Bottles). This was a core feature of Wind Waker HD's Miiverse integration, since it allowed the player to receive photos of characters or enemies that could then be used to unlock in-game figurines.

This issue also affects Animal Crossing Plaza, apparently.
