Name of the provider

PirateWeather: https://pirateweather.net/en/latest/

Tomorrow.io: https://www.tomorrow.io/weather-api/

Reason for Request

Both are good and well documented global weather apis. i haven't seen being used in many android weather apps yet, and would be nice to see it on weathermaster.

Specially PirateWeather. This one is also present on breezy weather, and is completely free.

@CatPieLeaf I'll add PirateWeather, but Tomorrow.io doesn't have much data on their free plan. Plus, it only offers 500 requests a day and requires a premium subscription for more access to data, so the free plan isn't that useful.
