Have you made any progress with PHP7 + Windows? I was able to make this work in Windows using glew for the dynamic parts from opengl32.lib, and really wanted to try your SDL version but it's not Windows yet either. Please let us know if you will be supporting windows with either SDL or opengl. I could contribute my source if it would help, but I'm not sure it will since you probably are committed to SDL now?
