Task: Embed Leaderboards

Description

This feature would be to add leaderboard pages that can be embedded as iframes onto other websites, similar to discord member list embeds. This can likely be achieved entirely from the https://github.com/PocketRelay/Dashboard side of things. This is likely going to be a lot more performant for the stable release of v0.6.0 that introduces the new persisted leaderboard changes (To prevent recalculating when users load the iframe)

Checklist

• Leaderboards embed page (Different params for the leaderboard to use etc)
• Leaderboards can be loaded by embed page

Next release will include /leaderboard/n7 and /leaderboard/cp (N7 Rating and Challenge Points) pages on the dashboard which are publicly available and can be embedded (Pages show the top 20 results)
