Description

Allow users to publish their in-game profile page to make it publicly visible from the dashboard similar to existing ME3 stats websites

Checklist

These changes will likely required additional modifications on the server side in order to store the profile visibility field along with other endpoint changes/additions to support loading the required user information and player data without requiring auth tokens/exposing information
