Feat: The "Data Monitoring" API is able to get and query data from "User" and "Geolocation" API #4

Description
If it's necessary, the DM API should be able to get and query data from the endpoint provided by the User and Geolocation API.

Motivation
In the C4 diagram we can see that this API is feeding from Booking and Places but we have to evaluate if we need to use the data from the User and Geolocation API.

Acceptance criteria

• There is an analysis to evaluate if the information provided by Booking and Places is enough.
• Define the data to get and query from User and Geolocation API.
• In case, there is a script to get data from User and Geolocation API
• In case, there is a method to query data from User and Geolocation API
