Display actual weights on bracket if they are entered into the actual weight field

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Heavyweight brackets must indicated actual weight.  Wrestlers must be 
within 20lbs of each other.
2. Combined brackets where mixed weight classes or divisions should show 
actual weight
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If an actual weight is entered it should display on the bracket just after 
the (Div/Wt) label.  For clarity is should have a label like (Act=xxxlb)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
