In most of the older drama, the numbering restarts at 1 in the CTS display as soon as speaker changes:
http://cts.perseids.org/read/greekLit/tlg0085/tlg002/perseus-grc2/605-700

It will reset when a line number is explicitly indicated.

Note, we decided to change format from <speaker> to <said> here PerseusDL/canonical-greekLit#129 but this creates a problem whereby there are no speaker labels.

http://cts.perseids.org/read/greekLit/tlg0006/tlg009/perseus-grc2/1-20

Note some speakers start to show up here:
http://cts.perseids.org/read/latinLit/phi1017/phi005/perseus-lat2/75-94

but not right away.

So where do we go from here to make this consistent? Why is there no speaker to start the play in the last example?
