When a custom AuthProvider is to be implemented it is not possible to follow the style of the pre-defined AuthProviders as the makeRequest extension on OAuth2 is only internal-visible.

It would be appreciated if the makeRequest API could be opened to packages that depend on Perfect-OAuth2 to allow more seamless implementation of custom AuthProviders.
