Apostrophe (in Avacyn's Pilgrim for example) is being subsetted in our symbols font despite being present in our main font – this has strange effects in some browsers/oses

This is probably something to do with the fact that we upscale the upem and also mess with the bounding box during subsetting which is why some of the main menu icons don't sit where we'd like in the bounding box, also.

This particular case can be solved by not subsetting apostrophe, but in general we want the symbols to sit in the right place relative to other symbols. I'm not sure why everything works nicely on a Mac but not on Windows/Brave/whatever it is.
