What steps did you take and what happened:
Running Frigg on Linux (Ubuntu Jammy, ARM) fails since the generated URLs for downloading the tools do not work.
Especially the one for the GH CLI.
Under MacOS (which currently works), the file downloaded is a zip file, under Linux, its a tarball. (tar.gz).
We should handle the desired archive-formats depending on the system the user runs frigg on.
What did you expect to happen:
