🔨 enh: Re-work the reporender package

Describe the solution you'd like
Rework the reporender package, and remove some of the hardcoding stuff, so that each function gets a little bit more generic (without using generics..), but to define the needed values at the actual spots, like at cluster-creation time (capd-controller cmd), or the gitops cmd.
