Feat: Enhancement in Resume Builder to make it ATS Friendly

Describe the feature

Right now, the Resume Builder format is not up to industry standards. Companies use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to review resumes, and a resume downloaded from this builder might not be accepted. I would like to work on making it ATS-friendly under GSSOC'24. Thank you!
