A user didn't know how to remove a Jira story from scope after the estimate phase had begun. After explaining that they could go back, this was the response:
It was just not obvious enough - I thought I could just click on the list of tickets on the left panel and remove it from there
I'm curious if this is a common mental model. After all, we can remove agenda items from the left panel, so it could make sense to keep the pattern consistent
